Dear Arctic Spa Edmonton Customers,
Please be advised that we are going to experience a major system shutdown over the Holiday Season.
This will begin December 21st and potentially last as long as January 7th and this will effect our entire phone network as well as our computer systems (email) for our Edmonton location.
Our store will be closed December 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th and January 1st but we will have a service technician in the store on Dec 27th and 28th should you have any questions or concerns.
In the event of an issue and your spa stops working, PLEASE DO NOT DRAIN THE SPA!
We recommend you have a thermostatically controlled space heater, set it on low and place inside the corner of the cabinet making sure all doors are closed on the spa and the cover is secured.
This will prevent any freezing conditions within the spa and we will address all service calls as soon as possible.
We ask for patience and understanding as this process will eliminate any concerns until we can get to your spa.
