I just wanted to reach out and give my appreciation to one of your employees in the service department. Eugene went above and beyond for me. After I cam in to diagnose an issue we determined that it was my main pump.
So after purchasing this he gave me his personal cell since he knew I may run into issues.
He walked me through a couple of things after hours on a Saturday night to make sure I was satisfied and it helped immensely.
I hope this finds a manager or supervisor well in order to give kudos to a friendly knowledgeable employee.
